08-11-06 Price Changes Effective 9-1-06 Dear Valued Biscuits & Bath Parent, As you know, we thoroughly enjoy spending time with your dog and are committed to providing an unmatched level of service to you, our customer. I am writing to let you know about some changes that we are making to our offerings effective September 1st. The first change is that we are simplifying our pricing structure for day care and 24-hour supervised care services. Beginning on September 1st, we will have one price for day care for all dogs, irrespective of size, of $35 for Doggy Gym members and $45 for Basic members. Additional dogs will continue to receive a discount of $5. Our 24-hour prices will be $60 for each 24-hour period, irrespective of the length of stay. In addition, our play-day special will now cost $35. Due to the rising costs of fuel, insurance, labor and parking tickets, we are forced to increase our transportation prices. Our one way price will be $15 and our round trip price will be $22 for the first dog. Additional dogs will continue to receive discounts. If you use transportation a lot I encourage you to consider our cost saving package. Our monthly unlimited transportation package is $325 for one dog. The good news is that the majority of our prices will not change once again. Our dog walking, grooming, training, and adoption prices remain unchanged, as do the prices for our cost saving packages. Finally, if you have not yet met or spoken with our in-house veterinarian, Dr. Deborah Sarfaty, I encourage you to call her. She is focused on the health and wellness of all of the dogs in our care and directs her efforts toward prevention. She is a great asset to all of the dogs.
